Internship opportunity within the Management Services Division, UN System Booking Hub in Rome, Italy, supporting the delivery of services, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of UN System Booking Hub services, including customer care and operational support.
- Provide support for training sessions, webinars, and user guidance.
- Contribute to communication and outreach activities.
- Assist in the rollout and adoption of UN System Booking Hub services.
- Support stakeholder engagement and respond to user inquiries.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of user information and guidance materials.
- Collect and analyze service-related data and prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Contribute to the development of materials required by ongoing workstreams and projects.
- Participate in team meetings and coordinate with field colleagues and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate programme (for example, Bachelor’s degree) in Management, International relations or related area from a recognized university and have completed at least two years of the programme; OR Be currently enrolled in a graduate programme in Management, International relations or related area (for example, Master degree); OR Be a recent graduate from an undergraduate or graduate programme in Management, International relations or related area (within six months prior to the application to the internship programme); AND Classes attendance in the last 12 months of enrolment in a recognized university.
